At Divine Heals London, we offer both standard and next-day delivery options for all of our products.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Standard shipping 2-5 business days
Next-day shipping is shipped 24 hours after the order is processed

All Sea Moss Gel orders are shipped with the next-day shipping rate fee of £3.99 and are processed for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order on weekdays. All sea moss gel must be consumed within 2 weeks of receiving which is why we offer next-day delivery if you are located in the United Kingdom mainland.

Please note: you must select Next-Day Shipping for all Sea Moss Gel orders at checkout.

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details. We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.

Refund Policy -

At Divine Heals London, we are committed to providing you with the best health products possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our products due to hygiene reasons. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. In the rare event that your package arrives with any damages to your items, please contact us within 24 hours and provide us with details so we can help you resolve the issue.
